VIDEO ANALYSIS

GAME VIDEO ANALYSIS - WHY DO I NEED THIS?

|  THE IMPORTANCE OF ANALYZING YOUR GAME.

A common question asked by squash players of all levels (beginner to professional) is:

“How can I improve my game?”

There are many ways to improve your game such as solo drills, lessons and competitive matches. However, a deeper analysis of your own game performance can highlight your specific strengths and weaknesses and therefore allows you to maximize your play potential.

|  WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF VIDEO ANALYSIS?

Video analysis can provide you with a deep understanding of how to improve your game. The recorded play by play can identify specific measurements of your game in an objective manner. More importantly, it can identify weak spots that may hold you back and therefore prioritize areas to work on first.
